Frost Fest 5K 2026 (Men & Women)

- Proceeds:  All proceeds benefit the AAA Booster Club

- Medals:  Medals will be give to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners of the Men's Division& Women's Division
- Parking:  Lake of the Woods School main parking lot.  DO NOT park at the bus garage or on the street next to the bus garage or track.

Online Registration Instructions

1. Open the link: https://www.athletic.net/CrossCountry/meet/289172/register or Scan the QR code and sign in. If the page asks you to, make a free account with an email address you check often.
2. Add each child as an athlete (if you have children): On your account page, find “My Athletes” and click + Add Athlete. Fill in the form:
   
   • Membership Type: Leave this on None unless the child already has a USATF or AAU membership ID. If they do, select that type and enter the ID.
   • First and Last name: Enter the child’s legal name as it should appear on results.
   • Birthdate: Click Not Set and enter the child’s actual date of birth. This matters because the youth race is for ages 4 to 10.
   • Male or Female: Pick one.
   • Click + Add. The child will appear under “My Athletes.”
3. Register each athlete for a race: On the meet page, open the Register tab. Under “My Athletes,” click Register next to the athlete’s name. You can also click Register on the Frost Fest 5K entry in your account’s “Meets” section.
4. Pick the right race for each athlete:
   
   • Children ages 4 to 10: 1,000 Meters Youth (4-10), $25.00.
   • Everyone else, including adults: 5,000 Meters Mixed 5K, $37.50.

   Each athlete goes in one race only.

5. Choose one T-shirt for each athlete: Under “Additional Purchases,” select a size for each registered athlete. Each athlete gets exactly one shirt, so don’t enter more than 1 per athlete. Adult sizes are Small through 3XL, and youth sizes are Youth Small, Medium, and Large. Shirts are free, so they don’t add to the total.
6. Check the total and pay: Make sure the entry fees match the number of athletes you’re registering. The “$0.00” shown on the registration page appears before a race is selected, so it should update once you choose one.
7. Confirm: Look for a confirmation on screen and by email. Each athlete’s status should change from “Not Registered” to registered. If you already see a “Thank you for registering” message, check your account before registering again.
